“Never have I ever been to a specialists office and been tended to so much. My son has suffered with allergies for years and the staff explained everything not only to me but to him as well. They listened to him carefully and made him feel that his symptoms were indeed not his fault. In the past we had providers that brushed off his concerns or assumed he wasn't taking his medication as prescribed, when he was. Everyone was so kind there and friendly. They included my son in the plan for his allergies, as in they asked him what he was and was not willing to take or do. For the first time he got to have a voice.
